Through guided meditations, workshops, intuitive readings, and herbal tea blends, Marsha helps individuals slow down, reconnect inward, and develop a deeper sense of clarity and calm. Her approach is heart-centered, mindful, and grounded in the belief that healing and self-discovery should be accessible to everyone.

Marsha’s journey into holistic wellness began in 2017 during one of the most challenging times in her life. After becoming a mother, she experienced a profound loss of self while navigating postpartum depression and anxiety. Determined to reclaim her well-being, she began exploring meditation, self-development, natural products, astrology, and holistic living. Through these practices she gradually restored balance in her own life—and discovered a deep calling to help others do the same.

Today, Marsha brings together her experience as a certified meditation instructor, intuitive reader, herbal enthusiast, and astrology practitioner to guide others toward greater self-awareness and healing. Her work focuses on helping individuals find clarity, inner peace, emotional resilience, and personal growth.

Outside of her work, Marsha enjoys spending time with her family and fur family, doing anything with grounding effects, lifelong learning, and exploring new ways to grow and challenge herself. She believes deeply that the best things in life live on the other side of fear, and that when people come together with open hearts, real transformation can happen.
